At Katie’s Cake House, we take allergens seriously and always aim to bake safely and transparently.
I am allergen-trained and can create cakes that are vegan, gluten-friendly, or cater to other dietary preferences where possible.
However, please note:
All cakes are made in a domestic kitchen that handles all major allergens, including gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soya.
While every care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, nothing can be guaranteed 100% free from allergens.
If you or a guest has a serious allergy, please discuss this with me before placing an order so I can advise safely.
